4. Advertise with AdWords
Do you have an existing Youtube channel and looking to build your following? Great! You can extend the reach and impressions of your videos by using Google AdWords. Make sure to go for In-Display ads instead of In-Stream ads. In-Display ads will show up as a suggested video at the top of the results when users search for videos. With this method, you will increase your overall subscriber and viewer-base, and make more money from your channel! Don’t have a YouTube channel? 3. Affiliate Marketing
If you have even a semi-popular Youtube channel, or a channel geared at a specific audience, you can do affiliate marketing promotions with companies looking to promote their products. How most affiliate campaigns work is you will promote the product at the very beginning of the video, and provide a link to the product / company website in the description of your video. Depending on the deal, you can get paid a flat rate, cost per click (CPC), cost per install (CPI), or a combination of the above for your promotion. You can do the same thing with Twitter and Instagram – for a more in-depth look check out our blog posts about Making Money With Twitter and with Instagram.

You’re always excited by how many likes and retweets you can get on whatever combination of 140 characters you can come up with, but what if you could also be making some serious cash while you do it? We came up with a quick list of things you can do to make cash with Twitter !
1. Gain a Following
This one is a no-brainer; to have a decent Twitter account you have to have a lot of followers. There are an infinite amount of ways that you can do this. Maybe you post some hilarious pictures/videos with clever captions. Maybe you post super intriguing articles about history and science that most people would not have found on their own. Maybe you just post cute animal pictures every day. Whatever it is, do it consistently, and make sure everything you post is something you yourself would pay attention to if it were on your feed.
2. Use the Right Hashtags
This one kind of goes along with step one. There are millions of bots on Twitter with the sole purpose of detecting new posts using certain hashtags then following that account. These may be good early on to boost follower numbers, however this is not the audience you are ultimately trying to reach. Use hashtags that real people would actually be searching, for example if your account was focused on pizza and you used the hashtag #NationalPizzaDay. Do not use hashtags such as #follow4follow or anything of the sort because this will only reach those bots mentioned earlier.
3. Find Advertisers
Once you’ve gained any sort of notoriety and have a decent following, your account is now valuable and you can start finding ways to monetize your popularity. Depending on what demographics you are reaching, different companies will be willing to pay you for sponsored tweets about their products.
4. Use an Ad Platform
There are many reputable ad platforms you can sign up for which take all the pressure of reaching out to companies off of you. Platforms like MyLikes, Ad.ly, and Rev Twt all allow you to choose what advertisers you would like to work with and when you want to tweet promotions for them. Some of these platforms allow you to state how much you want to charge advertisers for promotions from your account, while others take your followers and reputation into account and connect you with campaigns willing to pay you for how extensive your reach is.
5. Promote your Brand
If you already have an Instagram and YouTube account, keep your viewers engaged across all platforms! It is important to keep a loyal audience, and the best way to do that is to reach them from several different mediums. Continuously cross referencing yourself across various websites is a great way to increase your own popularity and thus add value to your personal brand. If your YouTube channel is monetized, directing all your newfound Twitter followers there is an easy way to generate some extra revenue for yourself.
You’re always excited about how many likes you get on your Instagram post, but it’d be more exciting to get paid for those likes. We came up with a pretty awesome way to make cash with Instagram likes
Social media advertising is huge and extremely valuable. Companies will pour money into advertising if it means they can connect to the right customer. And what better way to do so than reaching people on one of the most used social media platforms?
Step 1: Find Your Niche
Question: Why is Instagram advertising so valuable?
Answer: Companies want to reach a specific person that will be interested in their project.
For example, let’s say you start a fishing Instagram page. You make the perfect @name and have the perfect profile picture logo. You post pictures of huge fish, cool ponds and bays, and sentimental fishing pictures.
Let’s fast forward to when you have a ton of followers. You have now created your own niche: An Instagram page full of fishermen. Any company trying to sell a lure or fishing clothes is going to be willing to pay you money to make a post about their product.
Step 2: Get Followers
You have your niche and the page is up. But how do you find people to follow it? This is the hardest part but we have a couple of tricks up our sleeves…
First, you’ll need content. You may have to post for a few weeks without many followers or likes. That’s okay, people aren’t going to follow a page with nothing on it.
Second, you start using hashtags. Use relevant hashtags to your post, that’s how you’ll find the right people. For our fishing example you might use hashtags such as #fishing or #bigbass. And you can use as many hashtags as your heart desires.
Third, follow other people and comment on other fishing posts. This is a great way to directly get your Instagram name out to multiple, specific people.
DO NOT use hashtags such as #likeforlike or #follow4follow because you aren’t going to get the right type of people liking your page. Remember, you need to get followers that campanies want to reach.
Step 3: Find Advertisers
Now that you have all these followers, you can start making money… once you find people willing to pay you. Start with smaller companies. Reach out to companies in your niche through Instagram, Twitter, and their website to tell them you can boost their sales, because you can. You now have a valuable service not only for other companies, but for your audience interested in your niche. In our example, people interested in fishing would be excited to hear about a new crank bait that was just released.
After you find a couple of potential advertisers, you’ll find a perfect price point. Gauge what people are willing to pay and how. You could charge companies a flat rate (one time fee, upfront) or something more creative such as Pay-Per-Like (companies pay $x.xx per like on your post).
In this example, you agree with a lure company that they’ll pay $0.10 per like. You post on Instagram and get 2,100 likes. You just made $210.00 for posting an Instagram picture. I bet you’re more excited about likes now.

There’s a ton of hype around the solar eclipse coming up on August 21, 2017 (They’re rarer than the common expression, it only happens once in a blue moon).
So there’s a ton of hype around this eclipse and millions of people are going to go out to see it. Unfortunately, you’ll burn your eyes if you look at the eclipse without special glasses compliant with ISO 12312-2, an international safety standard.
Here’s the trick:
- Pretty much the only way to get these glasses is online, which most people aren’t going to do in advance.
- These glasses are flimsy and can be bought for $3-$4 when bought in a pack of 100 or more
What do you have with this information? A lot of people who didn’t think ahead and are willing to pay a lot more than $3 or $4 for this once in a lifetime experience.
Our advice:
Make the investment of $300.00 to buy 100 sunglasses. Sell the sunglasses at $15.00 each starting the weekend before August 21, 2017. On the actual day of the eclipse, sell the sunglasses for $20.00 each.
Your projected profit off of these glasses is estimated to be around $1,750–a profit of $1,450.
But don’t forget to keep a pair for yourself and enjoy the eclipse!

What does $0.10 mean to you? If you’re walking down a street and see a dime, would you pick it up? Probably not, I mean it’s only 10 cents and its no lucky penny.
Imagine if you saved no more than $1.00 every day. It doesn’t have to be a lot, we’ll say something like a dime or a quarter. What would happen to this money 10 to 30 years from now?
The best tactic here is to put the money in an investment account. Albert Einstein once said that “the most powerful force in the world is compounding interest.” Let’s take a look at how far your quarter a day could go.
In 30 years, your daily quarter could be worth over $15,000. Next time you want to buy a gumball, take a second to think about how much that quarter is really worth!
